gogo-boots offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility conditions
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to request a return
Contact our support team at contact@gogo-boots.com before sending any item back. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and next steps. Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@gogo-boots.com. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
